Sidonia began as a used-car marketplace with a huge community and a voice of its own, but with an improvised identity that no longer matched its ambition. Our job was to turn a car brand into a house of brands. We defined its personality and its guiding principle (the soul isn't in the product, it's in the way you sell it), and from there we rebuilt the entire system: a repositioning that trades the codes of cold luxury for warmth with judgement, a sub-brand system that lets Sidonia expand into new categories (boats, homes, watches) without losing coherence, and a naming, voice and colour architecture that makes each vertical unmistakably itself and unmistakably Sidonia. We redesigned the logo while keeping what the community already recognised, updated the typography into a screen-first system, and built a colour system in which every vertical is identified by a tone born from the original red. The result isn't just a new brand: it's a replicable system that turns the founder's instinct into written rules, so Sidonia can multiply without depending on a single person.
